Write your own interpretation of 12 stages of meditation
Simply get into a meditative state and try to find the progression of your meditation from stage 1 to stage 12
Assume that Point A in meditation is when you remember it or about it.

Then Point B (12) will be the certain result like deeper meditation state or more insightful or of some other quality.
Example
  1. Relax, sit calm, focus a mind on a dot
  2. Start - concentration/relaxation impulse
  3. A glimpse of a new state, something new
  4. A better connection with that new smthn
  5. Getting closer to a center of the new meditative state
  6. Understand yourself better
  7. Move the best way for you
  8. Perfect your movement and practice
  9. Obtain better results
  10. Resonate with the outer world
  11. Live with the world on a higher vibrationary level
  12. Achieve unity with the world and with the void, highest state
Understand that might seem to abstract and to complicated
